Short Synopsis: This documentary deals with mentally disabled war veterans
of the Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988) suffering from Post-Traumatic
Stress Disorder who live in one of the permanent sanatoriums in Tehran.
One of them, "Mahmoud", is under the illusion that he has built
a "Doomsday Machine" which can destroy
the world by pressing a button.
